Cottage by the River

I had a wonderful weekend!! Just saying that I am Happy is already an under-statement… =)

小白is doing 垂死前的挣扎，有点回光返照，so I also made use of this last opportunity to take some photos.

[Friday]

Head down to Bugis after work… I was feeling a little down and un-settled during the long bus ride; hence I headed to St Joseph Church to say a short prayer in the House of God. But a Mass was going on when I arrive; I didn’t want to interrupt hence I stood outside the Church by the back door for a good 10min. But nevertheless, I walked out of the compound with lighter foot-steps. 是我的心理作祟还是神的力量，由你来做决定。

Meet up with Uncle XDD at Illuma for a movie – Pelham 123. My first time in that new shopping mall, very empty but otherwise its good for everything else but shopping. The Cinema I like… the seats are comfy. After the show we had a late dinner at Thai Express and head down to Ponggol Park to meet QH and her Gay BF. Ermm… Just chilled out for a while, then TT called and he was in the area so he also dropped by (how could he not be in the area since he stays near there)… Keke, so TT was nice and I went on a joy ride with him while he sent everyone home. I felt very bad for letting Uncle XDD going back alone, since I was the one who dragged him down. =(

And TT got a surprise for me~~* Knowing my Love for Red Gummy Bears, Besties bought me a bag of Red Gummies sometime back from Candy Empire… There is this BIG Red Gummy Bears (BRGB) which I absolutely adore, and TT bought me one BIG BAG!! And by BIG, I meant like… over 1kg. This is the pick and mix Gummies, so I can imagine how he sabo his Best Pal JC to stand there and start picking out 1kg of BGRB. But its really very very sweet of him… I really appreciate it TT. Thanks!! =)

[Saturday]

Woke up early… as we have a full day planned out!! I have the car for the weekend, so I head down to pick TT, Bestie and QH. Everyone was late for ‘a-while’ and that ‘a-while’ accumulated to ‘a-very-big-while’… We were starving by the time we picked QH up, so we had this yummy Braised Duck Rice near her house.

This is super yummy loh... I am still thinking of it now. :p

And then… we head down to:-

I very sua-ku lah, but it is my first visit there. And I absolutely love that place (minus the part where I got rather tan after that)!!
Its a super sunny day... a absolutely lovely day. =) All 3 of in Blue... =) Alot of people flying Layang~~* Next time we shall go there for a picnic and Layang-flying session too. =) Artistic shot right... 蓝蓝的天，白白的云，绿油油的草，微微的风，飘飘的发，美美的我。Hehe, I found this angle very nice. But it'll be better without the additional Key-le-fe behind... :pAll in ballet-flats... This is the cute little girl with a bigbig doggie... =) I stopped her and asked her what's her name and how 0ld is she; a very shy Emily we have here but I manage to ask her to pose for a photo with the doggie. She runs around the whole place and the doggie tags along behind... Super Cute. I was just telling Bestie one of the main reason why the photos are so appealing is coz we seldom go out onto the Greens and Sun. My Favorite Shot... Keke, we got a bit crazy and came out with plenty of stupid pose. $4000+ on display under the hot hot sun. Then we went for a short break... Air-condition is really the greatest invention of the century.
I took the BRGB out in the 'My Melody' Small Bento Box... Bestie said shes the one with the short-curly hair, and I'm the one before her (My Melody) coz my hair is long... Then QH said she is that sweet on the left and since TT bought the BRGB, he is that BRGB on the right... Too much sun makes us crazy... Then we went for this Exhibition on how Singapore can Substain itself... Well, what attracted me more is still the Air-condition. After the little advanture to Marina Barrage, we proceed to Vivo for dinner... I think… the amount of Sun I absorded that day exceeded my usual weekly quota.I really had a great time there, and I will definitely want to go back again... This time with a picnic basket and Layang... Had a quick dinner at Vivo City and we headed to Dragonfly. It is TT’s first visit there, but he seemed to have enjoy himself there. I was driving, so all I had was 2 glass of Vodka. But they ordered quite abit of alcohol that day... Friends Forever Darling... Very tele-pathy, we are all in Blue... =)

The night ended after Supper at Simpang Bedok and I drove everyone back home. =)

[Sunday]

The wise thing to do on a Sunday Morning is to sleep in, especially when you have slept at 5am the night before… But I 屁股痒, we arranged for a KTV session at 11am and I forced myself up at 10am. *shag* Everyone was so sporting!! Despite sleeping so late the night before, we reached K-Box @ AMK at 11.30am!! Everyone 唱到很没水准, but what can you expect with so little sleep. But we had so much fun!!

After a short break in between, the 4 of us gather again at Andrea’s house and do what 4 people can do best – Mahjong. =)

I have NEVER won any money at Andrea’s house before…. =( That evening was no exception. I was losing so much till I had to take cash out twice to buy chips, super low morale. But the Guys were jovial that day and crack many silly jokes that got us all laughing away. The day ended after our MacDelivery came a couple hours late due to the heavy rain.

This is a super eventful weekend and I really enjoyed myself to the max. =)
