Dear Bloggie,
The just past weekend has been a rest and relax one. We really got to cut down on over-planning of weekend; if not I find myself starting my week at work even more tired then ever. Stayed over at Boyfriend's house most of the weekend watching World Cup.. I am so so so upset over Brazil lost. They are leading by first half you know!!
So well.. we hang around the vincity for the entire weekend, only venturing out for Dinner on Sunday at Novena.

We decided to try the 贡茶 in Singapore so we head to Novena (Boyfriend refuse to drive to Little India.. thou I would have much prefer exploring that new shopping centre). But anyway, had craving for Korean Food and we found ourself in Han Sang.. While waiting for the food.. We got a little bored.. I notice Han Sang has a native Korean Lady Boss.. that might explain the very authentic feeling of the Food and the unexpected crowd on a Sunday evening at Novena. And 1 very good thing I like.. they serve all the food at once, not bits and pieces..

The rice came in this covered pot with sweet potato and other roots vegetable. We mixed it up and it taste great with the 锅巴. The Chicken is good, the Tofu soup is not too spicy.. but what came as a disappointment is the Fish. It is cooked in my favorite way, but the Fish has that fishy smell and plenty of bones.

Boyfriend.. giving me that Face when I told him to pose for a photo. He is hungry I guess.. ^^Then then.. my favorite part of the meal - Desert!! My guess is.. this is rice flour with red bean paste. Super yummy!! I thought Boyfriend would give me his portion you know, but.. he didnt. :pHot coffee and tea to end off the meal.. I seldom take hot drinks after a meal, but I like the warm warmth the tea gave my tummy. Think I could make it a habit to have a cup of hot drink to finish off my meal from now on. ^^Thou we're already full to the brim.. but we decided to still have have a cup of 贡茶 before we go. Turn out.. to be a GREAT disappointment. The black tea is not as good as we remembered, and that milk.. sigh. Look at the photo.. the milk already starts to blend in with the tea even before we stir it.. it is supposed to be thick!! Well.. I guess we have to head back to HK and TW for our 贡茶 from now on.

The weekend flew by even before I am ready for the new week.. couting down to my last day at work!!
