Dear Bloggie,

Had a very 不一样的星期六。=)Uncle XDD picked me up at 3pm and we went PS for a late lunch... Had wanted to celebrate his birthday on Sunday but he has a tender due very soon and got to go back to office so we meet up earlier for lunch. Had Cafe Cartel @ PS... Yummy Waffle me like. =)

The Girls starts arriving; and Uncle XDD left. =( He had got a Baby Shower to attend to... Anyway, the Girls were hungry and we went to Billy Bombers @ The Cathay. I went from one Diner to another, felt like a gultton. :P Citibank have a Birthday Promotion and I got a Ben & Jerry's Ice-cream on the house. =) QH and her Gay BF... So glad to see QH so happy now. =) But 我也不是孤单的。See how much Bestie Loves me... We are soooo colorful~~*I... wish I could say Friends Forever. But 我是小气的。I pride myself as a very Good Friend; you can forsake me during your Good Times and I will still welcome you with open arms when you are Down. But there are certain things I expect you to 做美美for me still... Cross that line and you have successfully make me your Foe.

Haiz... enough about the upsetting matters. Me with my yummy Ice-cream. We made a detour as Bestie want to take a photo of this Bear... Somehow, I rather like this photo. Alot of pass-bys were staring at us; 看设么看。。不可以拍照啊?And then... we reached our Destination of the Day - National Museum. Pink exhibit of Tanker welcome us at at the foyer... 我。。还真是不会欣赏。The Colonial Style Building looks very Pretty... Put some Glassware together and this is considered as an Exhibit... This staircase... looks so much like the one we had at the Old SAC campus... Super nostalgic. Since we're already at the Museum, might as take a look at the on-going exhibit... This is on Photography, they have got many old photos and equipments... Interesting. National Museum 很贴心的provided the Braille signages for our Visually-handicapped Friends... I simply adore this idea; Arts is simple not for those who can see... Very thoughtful of them! I was wondering alone and am trying to take a photo of this very pretty staircase... But a very nice Security Guard came up to me and offer to take a photo for me. Guess he thought I am alone and hence offer to help me take this photo... Very sweet Security Guard~~* Look at the details of the staircase... Pretty. Bestie thought the Window Frame looks pretty and we could pose behind and act like as if we are 'in' the Frame... We are trying to figure out if we could step over and 'stand' behind ledge; then a Security Guard walked over to check what are doing... 我灵机一动and quickly gather the Girls to take a photo; and that Security Guard gave us a smile and walked away.. :PPretty lights... it swings periodically from left to right. If you take a look up-close, its really pretty. Pretty hor? We went for another exhibition... This is on Fashion. When we are walking towards it, Bestie and I wonder-out-loud at the same time - Coco Chanel. Keke, we are not Best Friends for nothing; we are on the same frequency. More Braille found... I really Like it. There are plenty of pretty areas for photography... Lucky Gar BF is around to help us take Group Photos... Found a 天窗... And 隐隐约约can see the Majestic Dome.Pass by the Pretty Staircase again and I cant help but take another photo of it... I adore the detaillings on it... The Exhibition on Singapore Food... A very old Ice err... machine. This is still a manual machine; the hawkers have now all 'upgraded' to the electric-operated ones... But look at the detaillings at the side, pretty hor? It was rainning heavily... Pails like this were dotted around the Museum. It reminds me so much of my Primary School days... we have to go round the School leaving pails to collect water as the Roofs drips... Sigh... those were the days. A mixture of Old and New... Saw the reflection on the Glass Panels? This is the extended area to the Museum. Then... we went to the Exhibition of this very famous Furniture Designer. Of all his work... I only recognise the Love Chair. There is this Yellow Room... me like! The rain subside to a slight drizzle and we went out to see the Out Door Exhibit. Once again, 我不会欣赏。。I'm not exactly a very "Arts" person... but I like the Colonial Style Building alot. Look at how the strategic placement of the lights; it lets the tress cast ermm... shadows on the Buildings. The whole feel is very eerie yet beeautiful. We went out and walked around the Bazzar... rested at the Benches at SMU while we waited for the rain (which came down in full force again) to stop... At around 11pm, the Outdoor Performance started. I was standing on mud and getting slightly drenched. =( Didnt manage to see much of the Performance; but the Fireworks that follows is Good. I like Fireworks~* And with that... It ended up Night at the Museum. =) Too early to end the night, we took a cab down to AMK for KTV. DL came down and joined us too... The night ended at 3pm... and I was really very tired.. But nevertheless, its a very eventful day... And now, where should we go next week? :p
