A random post before I go off for lunch. =)

Just imagine, there is a T-junction. With no signage.

There are 2 cars, 1 driver is an American and the other is a Singaporean, who realized that they are on the wrong side of the road and needs to make a U-turn. They both reach the same junction.

The American will make a U-turn at this junction.

While the Singaporean will not make a U-turn.

In the States, American drivers will make a U-turn at every junction, except for those with a "No U-turn" sign. While in Singapore, local drivers will only make a U-turn at the junction with a "U-turn" sign.

The same junction, two different reaction.

Read it metaphorically. =)

This is one thing I like about attending Communication Studies class, other then the "chimalogy" essay and reports that I need to churn out. It always makes me looks at things (be it movie, advertisement, political or even a simple situation) at a different angle.

And oh, recently there are so much stuff that I want to learn.

I want to learn piano (read as "Pi-ah-no" in Korean... =p), yoga and baking (can someone buy me an oven..)..

Too much t0 do, too little time. =)

Dear Bloggie,

In the office now, and I am so sleepy.

This is my 5^th week of class, and I have cleared 3 major reports and quiz. And I’m left with a PR essay (which has to include an action plan when a merger takes place), and a Finance Report (a full length report about Bonds and Stocks and Options and god knows what complete with presentation slides, and a recoding of me doing the presentation).

I’m so tired.

School has been hectic. Work wise… still okie.

I still maintain the schedule of jogging every Monday (I am manage a 2.4km jog, follow by another few km of walk now =p), school every Tuesday and Thursday, and my Korean class on Friday. Not bad right, I seemed to be leading a fulfilled life. =)

Errm.. Xiang is after me once again. And it’s the seriously aggressive type.

It’s all the fault of jealousy.

But I am happy now. =)

Do I want a change?

I am very sorry.. I think I’ll choose to be an escapist. At least, for the moment.

No matter what happen, the world still spins.. I believe miracles will happen, and one day I’ll know what to do. =)

I am supposed to be working on my Finance Report now.

I am the last one in the group that has not submitted my potion of the report, and I have not even started on it yet. omg.

Its Sunday morning 1.17am now, and there is practically noone in msn. Its either everyone is still out playing or already playing chess with Mr. Chow.

But yet, I cannot concentrate. I cannot pen (or type in this matter) a single word.

I am the Princess of Procrastinate this semester..

Slowly day by day, I realized that I am giving my heart away.. =)

Okie, back to my Finance Essay.. Before the sun rises, I'll be a guru on Bonds Rating. (hopefully.)

I know I have not been updating.

Just a quick recap on my school schedule.. Then maybe you can also have a feel on the amount of work and pressure I am under.

Assignment Due Date:

19th August: Public Relations NKF case study essay
19th August: Finance Instrument Quiz (This is fucking difficult; but I got 80marks!)
28th August: Finance Instrument Case Study Report (On bonds rating. wtf is that..)
3rd September: Public Relations strategy analysis essay
11th September: Finance Instrument Report

These are only the due dates of my assignment. On top of that, I still have to go for class every Tuesday and Thursday. And also Friday, where I have my Korean language class.. And I still go for my regular jogging once a week.

And ermm.. zouk. *in a tiny voice*

Very taken to clubbing recently.. again. =p

To reward myself alittle, I'll be going on a Phuket trip with my besties during my term break. =) I am so looking forward to it.. A nice weekend get-away with the girls seemed like a wonderful antidote now.

I have photos not updated, and lots of interesting matters that I really dont have the time to update. But its alright.. Memories sweet as they are, thou not recorded will always be hidden deep inside me. =)

I know I have been neglecting alot of my dear ones around me. Like not appearing at the Birthday celebrations, and have not fullfilled the KTV dates and dinners and others.. Sorry about it kae.. =)

Note: I'm thinking of getting a double degree, in Finance. What you think??

I know its been ages since I last have a post. This is coz I started a post on my birthday. I wanted to give an update on my bdae celebrations. But as it turns out, I started to get real busy with work, school and more play. =p

But well, since its a public holiday yesterday... So, most of the people people are on leave. And as a result, I am damn free. =p

Anyway, I had a wonderful holiday yesterday!! =)

After work on Wednesday, I rushed home to bath and changed. After which Tommy came by to pick me up for dinner. Together with Jonas and ermm... 2 other frewns which I forgot their name.

He wanted to bring me down to eat at that AMK that every famous crab. But when they called to confirm their reservations at 7plus, they told him the waiting time for food was at least 1.5hr. I find the wait too long, so we changed the venue to the MacPherson Kopitiam.

Had a fulling dinner with them. =) The black pepper crab was yummy!!

After which a frewn came by to pick me up at the Kopitiam around 9.30pm, and also to pick Qian up at her school. And off to Zouk we go!!

The queue was unbelievable. And the crowd is .... very young.

I feel so much so like an auntie there I tell you. Horrible. =(

We queue for ermm.. 45mins or so, and we're in.

I cant tell you how much fun I had. Now then I know apple shooters are damn delicious. =) But well, shooters and long island isnt that good frewns after all. It got me in a pretty bad shape after 2 hours. And yet the guys who are like almost drunk refused to let us stopped the game, hence Qian and I went out to take a breather. Frewn came out shortly to join us, and well... Not too soon after his frewns also came out.

Okie, they are wasted that nite. =)

But so funny. One was lying on the floor, rolling around doing leopard crawl... Then guy A is calling guy B when they are simply feets apart. So when guy A hang up his call, guy B proceeds to leave voice messages. Not once, but plenty and plenty of times... =) Stupid things guys do when they're wasted.

So well, had loads of fun that nite. That smile had not once leave my face the entire nite... =)

But well, apparently xiang wanted to pick me up after zouk. And his waiting for me somewhere near I guess. But as frewn sent me home, hence well... Xiang loses his cool. I can understand where his coming. But as its like 4plus 5am, and I had ermm.. actually quite abit of shooters and long island, I was really damn tired. So I wasnt in a mood to talk to him when I could hardly keep my eyes open and head spinning.

Okie, so anyway... Thats that.

I woke up with a heavy head on Thursday. Slack at home till 6pm, then went to Orchard to meet Qian. She went to pick up a pair of shoes while I brought a pair of shoes there for repair. After a quick dinner, we rushed down to Tampines Mall. For a movie with Tommy, DY, KT, JW and his girlfrewn. =) Its been ages since I went for a show in such a big group... Nice company, great movie. =)

After that went down to Jalan Kayu for supper. Tommy send Qian back home first before joining the rest there. As we make a detour in Tamp, we were the last to arrive. And I was just commenting on Tommy's slow driving (70km/hr at TPE at 10pm), we saw a police car at the road shoulders with the siren lights on. So he was happily telling me that he have a hunch that police will be around and hence his driving slowly... As we pass by the car, I saw the guy standing talking to police looks damn familiar. Then Tommy was like, "red altis leh... SFPxxxx. Eh!! JW's car!!" Then I was, "EHH... JW's standing there leh!!"

So funny I can tell you...

We are still wondering is it his blue headlights or his speeding... But well. =p

The police car is on the extreme right lane travelling at 90km/hr. And he itchy backside go overtake police car... So police tu lan and actually put on siren, chase him for a distance and get him to pull over... But well, he just received a warning. Nothing serious. But we all got a good laugh out of it. =)

So around 11plus, we parted and Tommy sent me back... Just turned out of Jalan Kayu, met a frewn and his frewns at the kopi tiam downstairs... So I stayed and la kopi awhile before going home. The frewns are damn hilarious I can tell you. Ermm, very entertaining. Reached home around 1am, and slpt at 2am.

Today, I totally stone. Try drinking abit too much alchohol on Wednesday, made to stay up till 5plus am and wake up at 11am. Then couldnt sleep the whole afternoon due to the terrible hang over feeling. And was out for the whole nite on Thursday and only going to bed at 2am. And worst, waking up at 6am to prepare to go work...

And, I'm going jogging tonight with Jere... =)

Well, I determine to lose at least a couple of kilos on me. Thou I did not manage my food intake as well as I would like, but at least I'm making the effort to exercise.

Oh yar... Aaron flew off to Sweden on Wednesday... By now he shouldnt have settled down at his new place. Wishing him all the lucks for the nxt 12mths. =)

And today, happened to be the birthday of quite a bit of pple... Happie birthday to Leslie, Shufen, Christine and Ranson!! =)

A very long and boring post right. Cant help it. I'm bored. =p

Ending here then... I'll seriously make the effort to finish up my bdae post. Complete with all the wonderful pressies that I've recieved. =)
