亲爱的日记，

我。。不开心。

我能轻而易举的列出令我不愉快的事宜，可是。。这里已不是一个我能轻易透露心声的地方。太多太多人在阅读着，而不是每一个都是我想让他看见心赤裸裸的那一面。

我。。太没用了。

世上不如意事，十之八九。可是为什么不愉快的事不能一个一个找上门，它们是这么好的朋友，一定得一块儿来敲敲我心深处的那道门吗？是我太弱不经风了，一点打击都承受不了，就让杂念入侵我的脑袋里，如孙悟空大闹天宫般扰乱了一切思绪；搞得我心慌意乱，没法定下神来。

我。。该怎么办。

与其羡慕人家所拥有的，不如先问自己缺了些什么。。可能是我贪心不满足于现状，可能现在拥有的根本不是我要的。不管如何，一切的一切，都离不开一个“我”。没人能帮到我，只有我知道我心深处真正要的是什么。。

就赐我力量吧，让我勇敢地面对一切，作出最妥善的决定.

让一切。。回到原点。

.SIGNS OF A BAD DAY.

1. You are still wide WIDE wide awake at 1am and the alarm is due to go off at 4hours later, and you MUST jump out of bed after 1hour of snoozing.

- So that is 5hours of sleep.

2. The huge pimple at the forehead has burst while showering and I have to spend an additional minute to do damage control.

- And this leads to the next point.

3. Other thn juggling the pain that pimple causes, I start to wonder why the minute hand of the clock seemed to be going faster then usual.

- In another word... I'm screwed.

4. When you stepped out of the house, the sky seems brighter then usual... While waiting for the bus (that seemed to never want to come) at the bus stop; the street lamps went off.

- Uh oh...

5. Bus FINALLY arrived but it is super crowded as it went off timing again.

- This means a longer journey time.

6. Super crowded; and this Indian lady sat beside me... She is on the plump side and is invading into my personal space. She starts to fidget (quite alot) in the seat (trying to find some stuff in the multiple bags she had and texting on her cell; etc). THEN... a small 'floated' over... Initially it resemblance the puke smell; then it strike me that its the rotten smell of someone who has not bathed enough.

- EEEeeekks... enough said.

7. Needless to say, I finally reach Tampines and way too late to catch the company transport. And I thought it might be a good idea to save 6bucks and do my bit for the Global Warming by taking a bus instead of a cab... And work out a little in the process.

- Super wrong choice.

8. The bus ride was rather uneventful; but what awaits me next is mind boggling. I knew... its a long LONG long walk in... BUT... the road seems endless and it doesnt help much that I had a pair of 2.5 inches heels on (while I congrat myself that this is not the skinny heels so it does makes things easier somehow). And thank God the sun felt gentle on my skin.

- On a positive note; I might have lost 0.001536452kg there.

9. Praying hard that noone saw me walking in 30min later then I should; so that I can still go off at 5pm late this evening...

- Hack it.. even if I am seen coming in late I'm still leaving at 5pm.

10. It is not even 9am but with so much happening... how could it turn out to be good in anyway??

- Oh.. that interprets to: I HAVE NO MOOD TO WORK.

My darling Toffee... cute right. =)This is taken in the middle of the night... This fellow has the habbit of passing by the kitchen at every hour and just start nibbling his food. My guess is he has fallen asleep; but I woke him up when I opened the door at the wee hours of the morning. After a grand display of welcoming me home (which includes excessive barking), I caught him poking his nose into his biscuit bowl when I wanted to go take a shower...

This... is Angel Cake! Went to Ikea a couple weekends ago with XDD after I returned my Graduation Reglia... I was hungry as I didnt have Lunch so we snacked a little. He told me wanted Angel Cake so I bought him a piece... I thought the cake look kinda gross with the Green Coating (which reminds me of Wasabe). But it turned out to be delicious!! Soft songe cake with this frozen cream at the top... Yummy. =)

After the yummy WTM last Friday... went to Minds Cafe with DG. Not fun... keke, coz I kept losing. :pSo I had some ice-cream to cheer me up. =) Then we played some Chicken Memory Game... My Yellow Chickie 打败天下无敌手！干掉所有的小鸡鸡，得到了七彩尾巴。Okie... actually DG's memory is better then mine. I won due to pure luck and with his prompting.

We played one more strategy game before we call it a day... wanted to have some tau huay before we head back, but the queue is atrocious at 12mn.

Okie... thats all the photos I have now. Its Monday!! Hope it'll be a fantastic week for all!! Muakz. =)

I think I might have just found the best WanTon Mee (WTM) in town... =)

Last evening DG brought me down to this ulu Sunshine Plaza, which is just adjacent to Mr Bean.This is not the Mee Kia Ta Mai Hiam Kio Chap type which I like... I doesnt come in Kio Chap, but instead the Black Sauce... But then hor, it is nice de loh. =) 2 types of wantons are served... the one in soup and the deep fried one. I'm not exactly attracted to its wantons... but the sauce and the mee kia 实在是天籁之配.

I... am missing it already.

Cant believe that I am sick... once again.

I'm down with flu once every 2 months... and this is a terrible time to get sick as I've got plenty of meetings lined up this week. Many overseas colleauges and suppliers are flying in for the Yearly Nego Meeting. =(

Anyway... Had a very bad time at the clinic today. I'll edit this post again tomorrow to rant about that Doctor. I need to get some sleep now...

Okie… just to update on my trip to the Doctor.

I took a day off on Monday; and since the world is busy… I thought it’ll be good to just stay home and prepare myself for the hectic week ahead (more on hectic week in another post).

By 3pm… I went into a sneezing state.

You get the whole picture… Sneezing and leaking. I thought it was just my sinus at work as I packed my room a little in the morning; so it might be the dust flying around. It persists all the way till I went to bed at 12mn, and at 6.30am when I woke up the next morning… and all the way till I reach office.

So… I concluded that this is not the regular sinus, but rather I caught the flu bug once again. =(

My colleagues all shunned away from me for the entire day, and the Hot Mama Secretary behind me even put up an air purifier right behind me. Well, this is how sick I appear to be… So I thought I’ll just get my work done and head off to the Doctor; but I have so much to do that by the time I complete all the urgent tasks… its already Lunch Time. So I figure out I might as well finish up my stuff since its just a couple more hours to go.

Finally it is 5pm and I head off to Raffles Medical @ Tampines One and… I 奇迹般的 recovered.

My nose stop leaking and its not even blocked. Fantastic.

Half way through the consultation, the Doctor sit back and ask me, “So what can I do for you when you are alright?” I told him I am okie for now, but the symptoms disappeared so fast that I fear it might come back any time soon… He replied, “I am not here to predict here future, I do not know will it come back or not”.

I told the Doctor my plight since yesterday; but he is not at all sympathetic. In fact… he seemed to think I am here to cheat Medical Leave. Hello… I have already ended work for the day; I do not need MC for the day… And I have major meetings lined up for the entire week; hence even if I am given MC I still have to report back to work.

I am an adult here… I have plenty of ways to escape from work. Going to Doctor and declaring Flu is STUPID. I have more brains then that; like to fake a headache or stomachache instead.

I am so damn fucking pissed off!!!

And the best part… my sneezing came back during the bus ride home. And as I was ranting to Mummy when I reached home, she told me my voice has the ‘blocked-nose-voice”.

So my nose has something against me now… Playing all the silly tricks on me.

I am not a very "movie-review" person... but I really want to introduce this very nice show to you - My Sister's Keeper.

当我还在台北时，这部戏以上映了。最左边的第一副就是“姐姐的守护者”在台北的海报。当时因台风来袭，那玻璃都粘上了胶纸。我还真想在台北看这部戏，可是一直没时间。。度假嘛，哪儿有时间闲下看戏呢。。事隔两个月，好友上周说她的记者朋友给了她“姐姐的守护者”的首映票，我们昨晚就兴致勃勃地一块儿去看戏。

我不想做Spoiler。。可是这部戏真是感人。开场没多久，戏院里不断传出哽咽声。。我拼了命一直用纸巾擦掉在眼打滚的眼泪，怕留下来的泪水弄花了我的妆。我和好友也是一把鼻涕一把眼泪的。。故事题材另类，描述了妈妈对孩子无私的疼爱，兄弟姐妹之间的关爱，和那无邪的初恋。

这周末，有空就去看这部戏吧。。我给它五颗爆米花！！

This will be a photo-intensive and long long post... The past weekend turned out to be pretty packed with activities... But me like!

Went Zirca with my Uni pals on Saturday... the night has a Retro theme hence most of us try to dress up like the 80s.

Keke... not bad right. We are all very colorful... :pMe love Vodka... One of the Girls brought a ku-ku frame to complete her 80s look... we all had a go at it. 10th October is also SS's Birthday!! RS and myself walked the whole of Central to find a decent Bakery to get a cake... but we cannot find any!! Gotta settle with Gobi for their small cakes in the end... But the long walk is worth all the trouble!! SS got love her surprise and my guess is she loves us even more after this... =) RS sent a dedication up to the Band and they sang her the Birthday song... We left Zirca and settled down at TCC @ Clarke Quay for more of our Girlie Talk... And yupz, TCC once again. The place we spent endless weekends together churning out asignments after asignments... What irony. =)All of us!! AP and GC could not make it due to work and school commitments... but LN has generously open-ed her house to us for a BBQ next month and has volunteered SS to prepare the food... Keke... I am so looking forward to it!

The night ended with XDD swinging by to pick me up and sending me back after some tau hway at Selegie Soybean... Woke up bright and early the following day!!

Meet up with SN at Buangkok for some outdoor activity... The self-proclaimed Kampong Boy 真的不是乱盖的. He really know how to fly Layang... Me on the other hand.... Haha... much left to be desired.. =_=Err... I am a City Girl. But after many tries... we finally see some results~~* And we decided to reward ourselves with yummy CKR. The afternoon with SN ended with KTV @ Hougang... My regular "hang-out place" on a Sunday evening... with my Granny and all my favorite people in the world. =)But last evening was a little special... Baby Bubu and his brother SH are celebrating their Birthday. Bubu loves photo taking and he'll pose to you at your every request. But he damn cute... you ask him to say "Cheeze"; and he'll try to make the "peace" sign... but he need to LOOK at his little fingers and slowly stuck out 2 (or is it 3) tiny fingers. *cute*Bubu celebrating his 3rd Birthday... and I am sure he is the ONLY ONE left in the house who is really EXCITED about Birthdays... And how do we know his Excited... there are 2 cakes (one for Bubu and the other for SH)... His Mummy has specifically told him he is NOT allowed to blow out Gor gor's candle... but see!! I caught him in the act!! And cake-cutting... err.. nope. Its more of "cake wacking". =)

With that... it ended my weekend. A busy but eventful and happy one. A pretty me to end the post.. and hope we can all have a good week ahead!!

This will be the "Harry-Potter-look-alike" Post - My Convoation 2009.

After a 2 years haitus from school, a break-up with Soulfly spurs me on to take a degree... the beginning was tough, after such a long break from school and having to cope Work with School. These 2 definitely dont go hand-in-hand... But nevertheless, I am proud that I have completed it against all odds!

Convocation was in the morning; I took half a day off from work. I do not have a white long sleeve top and I went through great lengths to get one - 4 visit to the shop at 3 different location. But I think I look pretty good in formal executive wear... =) I was not exactly early and the school is flooded with "Harry-Potter-look-alikes"... Was in the robing room with LW, but somehow we couldnt figure out how to hook up the robes... Time was running out and I got kan chiong; so I called SS in to help me with it... SS and me... As fate has it; we graduated together from the same Primary School, the same Secondary School, the same Polytechnic (albeit different course) and now... the same University. =) The ceremony lasted a long 1.5hours... which I spent the whole of it msn-ing Bestie (thank God for the wi-fi in the School's Grand Hall). My Family... Me... with the piece of Paper that is worth $22k. CK and me... a classmate from my Strategy class. Looking back at my Uni days, Strategy class has left the deepest impression. 13 hour classes that lasted from 8:30am to 9:30pm, having to crunch all the new business models in, racking my brains for all the Finance theories, Marketing strategies and Economics models that I have long forgotton. Attending the inter-class debates which always ended up with a heated arguement with other classes; and your own classmates will step in with models from the Text or facts from Case Study to support your arguments... I miss that feeling; the support you get from your own class even thou we are barely friends. Anyway... me and SS with the SIM bear... And this is SC - Lecturer from my Strategy Class... and it warms my heart when he said he came to the Convocation to see CK and myself walking up the stage. Our's is his last Strategy class as he has other commitments and could no longer take up further Strategy class; hence somehow I am briming with pride that I am one of the Student that he has "approved". =) GC, SS and me... I spent endless time with these Girls (and of coz a few others) at TCC around the Island. I would not have completed my Accounts, Finance, Economics, Business Law and etc without these Darlings... I am never good with Numbers; hence if not for the Girls' patience in coaching me with my Accounts and Finance, I guess I will never have got that B. =) Attempting to take a photo with the camera positioned at Level 2... Haha, but failed. =) And not forgetting this very important Friend I made in University... CL. There is just this unspoken chemistry between the both of us.. And just before the Convocation, CL annouced her Marriage Date... My warmest congratulations to her!

I am rushing back to the Office after Convocation hence I missed quite a number of Friends... and there are some photos that I am waiting for others to send to me... And I remmeber taking photos with LW and VL; where are all the photos?!?!
