Its.. 29th July.Its my Birthday.. =)

It has been a Good 26th for me; life has not been a bed of Roses.. but God has been kind and I appreciate all the happenings for the past 1 year.

Thanks for my Family, Friends and Boyfriend.. Hope the coming year will just be as good.

And for now.. I got plenty of bad logs, but I really dont have the time to post it up. =( I got a bag to pack now and a flight to catch.

I'll slowly update when I'm back from my Birthday Holiday.. and meanwhile, I really Thank Everyone that celebrated my Birthday with me.. and those that sent me the Birthday Wishes.

Birthday Celebrationg Part 8


Its actually non-stop feasting for me for the past 1 week and it is not difficult to imagine how much weight I have actually piled on.

28th July is the eve of my Birthday.. So I specially reserved the day for Dinner with my very own Family. ^^

We had Dinner at my all-time-favorite Claypot Rice @ Geylang Lorong 33. Daddy ordered a whole table of sides to go with the Claypot Rice. I am loving that Deep Fried Soon Hock Fish.. it is indeed very nicely done. ^^

It was just a Simple Dinner.. but felt so Loved as Daddy is supposed to be travelling but purposely pushed back his schedule so as to eat this Dinner with me. And since its my Birthday Eve, Boyfriend took me out for a Movie (which I seriously cannot remember what show we watched) and and counted down to my Birthday with me. ^^

Even after 8 updates.. this is not the end of the Celebrations. There are just that couple more to go, hence give me a little more time to sort it out kae!! ^^

Birthday Celebration Part 7

I actually back dated all the post to way before my Birthday as it all happened before I depart for Penang.. It is actually 2 weeks after my Birthday now and I am only finding time to update this.. Horrible I know; but am really busy with I-also-dunno-what. Anyway.. Dinner with TT, JL + Girlfriend, HL and Boyfriend on 27th July. I headed down for my long-over-due Facial and Massage and meet up with them at Fish & Co @ Glass House. We all had a serving of the Musroom Soup.. which is very very good!! They had small bites of Mushrooms in every mouth of soup you take. Thick and creamy.. just the way I like it. ^^And we ordered 2 SeaFood Platter for 2 to share among the 6 of us.. which we ended up with still quite a bit of left-overs. Keke, I think its the soup.. making us pretty full even before the Main was served. But nevertheless.. the SeaFood Platter is still pretty good. After the meal.. we walked back to Starbucks @ PS and chilled out a little more. ^^ I think as I grow older, gone were the Party Days but its more of sitting down for Kopi and catching up. Thank you All so muchie for the Dinner.. nothing extravagant, but its really the thoughts that count and I truly appreciate it.. ^^

Birthday Celebration Part 6

As I was waiting for new work to start and was on a 2 weeks holiday.. Meet up with EM & Her Hubby-to-be on Monday for Lunch at Swensen @ Tampines Mall!!

Yupz.. Swensens again. Its my 2nd visit to Swensens in 1 week!! But well.. Not that I mind coz I think the Food there is pretty good! I was.. pretty late. And they ordered a whole table of yummies!! You know what.. I am loving raw veggies lately. Weird right.. the dont-eat-veg-me is loving raw veggies. Catch up many many.. and after all the food, EM got a surprise for me!! A Chocolate Fondue!! She say no cake.. but a fondue to replace that birthday cake.

But then hor.. I asked her if I can blow out the candle..

Then she.. Gave me this face and said.. Nope!Keke.. Thanks for the Lunch Darlings!! And also Thanks for reformatting my Lappie for me!!

I had a couple hours after that while waiting for Boyfriend to come pick me up.. so I went shopping at Tampines Mall!! My Favorite Passtime.. keke.

Birthday Celebration Part 5

After the Lunch with the Poly Peeps.. Boyfriend and myself headed to my Granny's house. My Aunts whipped up many good food to celebrate my Aging Gracefully.. keke. Okie.. coz we just ate with the Poly Peeps, so I was still very full. So when I finally decided to attack the yummies.. only half the food was left. :p But I really love the food at Granny's.. all cooked with Skill and Love. ^^
And my Birthday Cake.. keke, for once I do not have to buy the cake for myself up to Granny's; my Aunt bought the cake for me.

By now.. I have already gain much much weight with all the Good Food and Company.

I know all the update is getting super mundane.. coz I am doing post-updates. No more 'feel'.. keke. But still.. I've got to finish all the updates for my Birthday! ^^

Birthday Celebrates Part 4

Meet up with the Poly People on the Sunday (25th July) at The Central.. We had wanted to have our Lunch at this Japanese Place under HL's reccomandation; but the service staff at the queue was pretty rude to us. So we simply walk off and went in search of another place. This is The Central - there is no lack of Japanese Restaurant you know.

Its my Birthday you know.. so I gotta choose where to head next. I saw this place which seemed to be connected to Tampopo.. So the whole group of us headed there.

Rude Service's Lost = Good Food's Gain.

There are 9 of us.. we could easily rack up a pretty substancial bill. Anyway.. the food did not disappoint. Plenty of catching up and jokes later.. we headed down to Starbucks.

We seemed to be only meeting up during the Birthdays now.. somehow, not as close as before but we still have endless to talk about.

They bought me a slice of cake!! Keke.. how to not get fat you tell me. I had a mouth and EH finished up the entire slice. God is really not fair at times.. the skinniest one among all actually ate the most. :pIts good times spent with the Poly Peeps.. this is the 10th year a couple of them has celebrated my Birthday with me. Time flies.. we are really aging.

Birthday Celebration Part 3

This time round.. its celebration with My Favorite Girls - Besties!!

小倩.. is the one who did all the planning this time round. ^^ She found a nice place for Dinner and made reservations for all. Keke.. 我们的小倩终于有贡献了!
Dinner is at this very well-received place at Mohamed Sultan.. We decided we are very hungry; and hor.. we just wack loh. :p

We ordered a Califonia Maki, Tempura Ebi and Salmon to share.. And oh, we each also have a serving of Chawamushi.

The Sides here are good.. The Tempura Ebi is very fresh and succulent; and the Chawamushi has plenty of ingredients!! Err.. told you we are hungry. Other then the so many Sides we had, we still had 1 Main each. The photos are taken by the Girls themselves.. all different angles. ^^
I've got a 2nd hand-written Bdae card this year!! But but But!! Err... someone crossed out something??
Err.. yar, our Missy Sotong cannot spell. :x
A not-so-surprise Surprise.. keke, seems like our Flower-giving this year is not very smooth sailing, somehow.. something must screw up 1 way or another.
So its Me + the Pretty Flowers from Besties.. Got greenie roses you know, so pretty!!
And my Bdae Pressie!! Keke.. (reads: A all-sponsored shopping trip!)
My Favorite Girls who never fail to celebrate my Bdae with me year after year. ^^
小倩's Gay Boyfriend swing by around 10pm and picked us up.. We jam on the road and finally reached Bliss after 1 long hour. Keke.. see see see!! My name; I got a lup sup lunge.. keke.
Thou the Girls ate like a Hipopo earlier on.. but the Guys still ordered a whole table full of Food. Now now Now.. tell me how can I not get Fat.
Boyfriend.. got me a Lychee Martini Cake from Pine Garden.. ^^
Boyfriend very sweet... *smile* After he sent me down to Mohamed Sultan, he headed back to get the Bdae Cake and bring it down to Bliss.. The cake is good!!
Me and the Guy.. who said I am that Sparkling One in his Life. ^^

And the People who Loves me and took the time and effort to celebrate my Bdae with me.

The night came to and end too soon.. like what others always say, the Good Times always seems to Fly. See the Little Garden I had in my room now.. keke, they pamper me a little too muchie.

Thanks Girls.. for everything. For being there for me always.. never leaving me alone in times of happiness and sadness. For making me feel so loved and cherished.. forgiving and embracing my imperfections. For growing up together with me.. creating all these memories and milestones together so I know our life journey has been a meaningful one.

Birthday Celebration Part 2

On Friday (23rd July), Boyfriend took leave and we had an early celebration!!This came early in the morning and it is indeed a Pleasent Surprise!!This one.. super big Bouquet. I think there are 20 Roses, another 6 of some other Flowers and 2 Lilies.. *smile*

I'm smiling like a Silly Girl when this arrives at my Door Step.. and instantly, my entire room is filled up with Floral Fragrance.
And yes Dear.. we shall both Age Gracefully together.. ^^
Boyfriend came pick me up at 12:30pm.. and we headed down to the West!! I had Love Korean Grilled Meat and we traveled all the way down West for some good fare. Plenty of yummy sides; and the best thing is its all Refillable. ^

We ordered a Marinated Porkie and Chickie..
And a Side Order of Mushrooms~~*
The Servers helped grilled the Mushrooms first..

Then its the Porkie up next.. ^^
This one.. super yummy!!
Up next is the Chickie.. ermm, Porkie is alot Better. I still prefer the Marinated Chicken at Dempsey.. ^^
I like my Meat all wrapped up in the Vegetable.. strangely enough, the 'dont-eat-veggie' Me actually Love this Raw Vegetable eaten like this.
After a Sumptuous Meal.. we had some Cute Little Heart Shaped Watermelons. ^^
Back to the Car.. to our 2nd Destination; which Boyfriend refuse to reveal. :p
Anyway.. we got this sweet after we left the Restaurant. I was still laughing at Boyfriend getting a sweet with a lousy wrapper. But turned out, I got half a sweet only.
Next Destination: Giant @ Vivo
Boyfriend gets down to do some serious Marketing!!
Then.. to his Friend's Place to pick up Frying Pan and some other stuff.
Then.. paid ERP and we got to Orchard.. ^^
Boyfriend did not forgot.. I had wanted 1 Caremel's Strawberry Shortcake as my Birthday Cake.
After we ran all the errands.. its time to head back to his Place. ^^
Pressie Time!! Okie.. I am seriously touched.

We had planned to travel to some cold places at the end of the year.. and Boyfriend knitted me a scarf. Yupz.. really is 温暖牌围巾. ^^He said he learned this from his Colleague and this is his first attempt. 还真是温暖到心里去.. ^^
And.. in matching colors with the 围巾, he got me a new addition to my Prada Family!! A Prada Hand Held in Beautiful Purple Satin. ^^

And.. keke, its Dinner time!!

Boyfriend 亲自下厨哦!! He pan fried Italian Herbs Fillet, made Potato Salad as a side, Crab Meat Salad for the Crossoint and sautee some Mushroom.

My Chef for the night.. Apparently he has trial run this with his Colleagues before. Keke, dont know when he went to his Colleagues place and I guess his Colleague has taught him how to cook the Fish and Salad.
And Me~~* With my Bdae Dinner; all specially cooked for me by Boyfriend.
After Dinner.. we Wii a little.
And its time for my Bdae Cake.. but hor, no candle leh. Then we took a walk to AMK Hub and caught a show - Inception.

Its a good show!!
Got home near 2am.. very tired, but extremely happy.

Thank you Boyfriend for the specially planned day.. Extremely effort and I felt extremely Loved. This is my first Bdae with you, but I am sure there will be plenty of Bdae ahead of us.
